14 Day Returns

We want you to be completely in love with your ANEIA piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your jewelry in its original condition within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions

  • Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Items must include the original packaging and all tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with photo of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • The return shipment must be sent via certified mail or with a tracking number.
