📦 Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Sweden: * Standard Shipping (PostNord): Free on orders over 1,500 SEK (otherwise 49 SEK).
    • Delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  • European Union: * Standard Tracked Shipping: 120 SEK (approx. €12).
    • Delivery time: 4-7 business days.
  • International (Non-EU): * Worldwide Shipping: 250 SEK (approx. $25).
    • Delivery time: 7-14 business days.
    • Important: Import duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Insurance & Responsibility

  • Delivery Guarantee: Aneia Jewelry is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the address provided.
  • Insured Shipping: All high-value orders are shipped via Tracked and Insured mail to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
  • Damaged Packages: If the package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo and contact us at contact@aneiajewelry.com within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
